I fell into the world of merchandising and the retail environment at young age and developed a strong foundation of knowledge in the industry. My previous experiences in visual merchandising lend trend forecasting and product development a more personal insight shaped by consumer lifestyles and geographic locations. I have an insatiable sense of curiosity followed by a strong work ethic and self-discipline.
I am a believer that good design is reflective of the current conditions in the world – the good, the bad, and the ugly. With the burgeoning crisis of overproduction, it is important to strive for good quality, functionality, emotional and physical durability. All of these factors must be woven together with a thread of environmentally-conscious initiative. I value sustainable approaches and solutions, and strive to integrate this viewpoint into my work.I am currently seeking opportunities in brand management, sustainable product development, trend forecasting, apparel design, and experiential design

These are few of my favorite things: meandering through flea markets, upcycling materials and pre-loved pieces, exploring concepts of societal nomenclature and interrelated aesthetics, cultivating a sustainable community of care and action, writing poetry and short stories, studying history, and writing one-minute songs.
